Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. You may use the form below, but it is not mandatory.
Effects and immediate digital delivery
If you withdraw, payments received for the affected contract are reimbursed without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. For non-physical digital content, the withdrawal right expires when delivery begins only after your express prior consent to early delivery and acknowledgement of that consequence. For services begun at your express request during the withdrawal period, statutory rules on proportionate payment apply.
