Greyhaven is competitive; its community should still be welcoming. Coordinate, rival, celebrate, and disagree without turning the game into an unsafe place for another person.
Treat players as people
Harassment, hate speech, threats, targeted humiliation, sexual harassment, stalking, or encouraging self-harm are not permitted. A fictional rivalry never excuses real abuse.
Protect privacy
Do not request or share home addresses, precise locations, passwords, payment details, private images, or other sensitive information. Never pressure another player to move a conversation off-platform.
Protect younger players
Sexual content involving minors, grooming behavior, age-inappropriate sexual requests, and attempts to obtain private contact details are prohibited and may be escalated where legally required. RACKET’s final launch age policy and parental-consent flow must be completed before minors are admitted.
No scams, spam, or impersonation
Do not impersonate players or staff, advertise repeatedly, flood a channel, distribute malicious links, solicit account credentials, or promise off-platform payment or virtual currency. Staff will never ask for your password in chat.
Keep coordination fair
Strategy discussion, recruitment, trading discussion, and playful rivalry are welcome. Exploit distribution, match manipulation, real-money trading, ban evasion, and coordinated harassment are not.
Use the tools that fit
Mute reduces notifications. Blocking removes direct contact, invitations, discovery, presence, and social content between both accounts. Reporting securely attaches the relevant server-side context; do not repost harmful content as evidence.
Moderation and appeals
Reports are reviewed in context. Responses may include content removal, warnings, timeouts, restrictions, suspension, or bans. Serious action should include a reason and an appeal or support route where applicable. The final support contact must be published before commercial launch.
