Neon is not Credits.
Credits are earned, traded, invested, and risked inside the player economy. Neon is prepaid, non-transferable, has no cash value, and is redeemed only for eligible cosmetic products.
COSMETIC CURRENCY · NO COMPETITIVE POWER
Neon is RACKET’s non-expiring cosmetic currency. It lives outside the competitive Credits economy and can never replace XP, Research, mastery, Cred, Influence, Cycle Points, or a decision that must be earned through play.
