These Terms govern access to the RACKET pre-release game service. RACKET is a fictional strategy game; credits, Neon, items, territory, and rankings have no cash value and create no ownership interest outside the service. The intended contracting operator is Nature Extract GmbH, Felix-Hollenberg-Weg 32, 46539 Dinslaken, Germany, represented by Managing Director Dominik Büren.
Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in method, and use one account unless the operator expressly permits otherwise. The commercial launch age requirement and any parental-consent process must be finalized before opening the service to minors.
Game license
You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the service for entertainment. The software, world, characters, audiovisual elements, balance data, and game content remain protected intellectual property.
Fair play
Automation, exploits, unauthorized clients, account sharing, real-money trading, collusion, harassment, impersonation, and attempts to access another player’s data are prohibited. Suspected exploits must be reported rather than reproduced against other players.
Player content
You remain responsible for Wire posts, messages, crew names, profile text, and other content you submit. Do not upload unlawful content or material you lack permission to use. You grant the service the limited rights needed to host, display, moderate, and transmit that content inside RACKET.
Virtual economy
Credits are earned gameplay value. Neon and any future paid digital content will be governed by the price and product description shown at purchase. No paid product is currently enabled. Virtual assets may be balanced, limited, or removed to correct an exploit, comply with law, or protect the economy, with player-impact review and audit records.
Seasons and changes
Power Cycles alter temporary rankings, territory, conditions, and reward availability. Permanent identity elements are preserved as described in the game. Live balancing and content rotations may change strategies, but the service will not intentionally sell hidden competitive power.
Moderation and suspension
Reports may be reviewed and accounts may be warned, restricted, suspended, or terminated when necessary for safety, integrity, or legal compliance. Material sanctions should include a reason and an appeal path where required.
The public Community Guidelines explain the expected conduct, safety tools, and principal enforcement categories in plain language.
Availability and liability
The pre-release service may contain defects or downtime. Statutory liability remains unaffected where it cannot legally be excluded, including intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and mandatory consumer protections.
Withdrawal and paid content
Before payments launch, checkout must present the applicable price, performance details, payment obligation, withdrawal information, and any required express consent for immediate digital performance. No payment is accepted in the present build.
Contact and governing terms
Nature Extract GmbH is the intended contracting entity. A dedicated contact channel, applicable-law wording, consumer dispute information, and effective acceptance flow must be finalized and legally reviewed before commercial release. If a provision is invalid, mandatory law applies in its place without limiting statutory consumer rights.
