These Terms govern the RACKET game service. The contracting operator is Dominik Büren, Einzelunternehmer, Felix-Hollenberg-Weg 32, 46539 Dinslaken, Deutschland. Version 2026-08-05-racket-plus-annual-energy-v2.
Contract and eligibility
The public prologue can be used without registration and does not save persistent game progress. The complete game, online play and social features require a persistent account. The contract for such an account is concluded when RACKET accepts a restricted invitation and enables the account. Country and date of birth must be provided truthfully before the invitation. Users in the European Union under 18 require verified consent from a parent or legal guardian before account creation. Outside the European Union the product minimum is 13, subject to stricter local law. While parental permission is still required, its withdrawal can result in immediate restriction and deletion or anonymisation. Real-money products are available from age 13; for a player under 18, an adult parent or legal guardian must approve the purchase and be the contracting payer. Gameplay may be available globally, while paid products are offered only in countries that RACKET has expressly enabled for the relevant age group. Users must keep account access secure and may not share or sell accounts.
Free service and game license
RACKET grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service for private entertainment while the account remains active. Software, world, characters, audiovisual elements, balance data and game content remain protected intellectual property. Credits, Neon, items, territory and rankings have no cash value and are not property outside the service.
Fair play and prohibited use
Bots, unauthorized automation, exploits, modified clients, credential theft, account sharing, real-money trading, fraud, collusion, ban evasion, harassment and attempts to access another person's data are prohibited. Security weaknesses must be reported to security@playracket.app and must not be used against players or infrastructure.
Player content
Users remain responsible for posts, messages, crew names, profile text and other submitted content. Users grant RACKET a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license limited to hosting, reproducing, displaying, transmitting and moderating that content for operation of the service. The license ends when content is deleted except for technically necessary backups, lawful evidence and content already shared with others that they retain. Illegal content can be reported through the notice form.
Moderation, reasons and appeals
RACKET may remove content or warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary for law, safety, security or these Terms. Decisions consider context, severity, recurrence and effects on others. Where required, affected users receive a reason and an appeal route. Reports and appeals are handled diligently and without arbitrary discrimination. The Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.
Paid digital products
Paid products are cosmetic or presentational and do not buy Credits, XP, Energy, success probability, competitive power, territory or rank. Before payment, the app and Stripe show the product, essential features, total price including applicable VAT, billing interval, accepted payment methods and delivery restrictions. A purchase is concluded only when the user submits the payment at Stripe and payment is accepted. Neon is RACKET's prepaid premium balance. It does not expire, cannot be transferred between accounts, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can be used only for the cosmetic products shown in the store. The euro reference price and exact Neon price are shown before redemption. For a 13–17 player, the named adult payer concludes each Neon top-up purchase for delivery to the player's account and receives the billing communication. Players aged 13–17 can buy only in Germany and are subject to a server-enforced calendar-month top-up limit of 20 EUR and cannot purchase recurring subscriptions. They may redeem their funded Neon for eligible cosmetics without another payment checkout. RACKET does not create a reusable Stripe customer payment profile for teen top-ups and disables payment-method saving and Stripe Link for the checkout session. Neon and entitlements are delivered only after signed provider confirmation. A refund reverses the unused Neon from the relevant top-up. If that Neon has already been spent, the wallet may be restricted while the shortfall is resolved. Adult payers can request a refund or report an unauthorized payment through the payment request form.
Subscriptions and cancellation
RACKET+ is available only to users aged 18 or older. The selected monthly or annual plan renews at the interval and gross price shown before purchase until canceled. Active membership adds 50 to the earned Energy cap without an instant refill or faster regeneration, and includes the other benefits disclosed at checkout. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless an earlier date is legally required. It can be managed through the Stripe billing portal or submitted at any time via Verträge hier kündigen. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
Withdrawal and immediate performance
Consumers receive the statutory withdrawal information before payment. For immediately supplied non-physical digital content, delivery begins only after express consent to begin before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right expires when delivery begins. For an immediately starting subscription, the user requests early performance; statutory consequences, including any proportionate payment, apply. Availability, changes and digital-product rights
Maintenance, security incidents and third-party outages may interrupt the service. RACKET may balance game systems and rotate content, but will not remove paid permanent cosmetics without a valid reason and an appropriate remedy. Mandatory statutory rights for defective digital products, required updates, price reduction, termination and damages remain unaffected.
Liability
Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, guarantees, product liability and other cases where exclusion is prohibited. For slight negligence involving an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent legally permitted. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Term, account deletion and changes to Terms
The free account contract runs indefinitely and can be ended by account deletion. Deleting an account does not itself cancel a paid subscription; cancel it first through the billing portal or cancellation form. Material changes to these Terms are announced in advance. Changes that require consent do not take effect for the user until accepted.
Governing law and contact
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice does not remove mandatory protections of the country of habitual residence. Statutory jurisdiction rules apply. Consumer dispute resolution
The operator is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. This does not restrict statutory consumer rights or direct complaints to support@playracket.app.
