Consumer dispute resolution

The operator is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. This does not restrict statutory consumer rights or direct complaints to support@playracket.app.

Based on its current staffing and financial thresholds, the operator qualifies as a microenterprise for services and relies on the exemption in § 3(3) BFSG. RACKET nevertheless aims to make the service increasingly accessible and welcomes accessibility feedback at support@playracket.app.
